At LuxeFemmeWear Co., we strive to deliver our luxurious collections to your doorstep with care and efficiency. We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Flat rate: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Delivered via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over $50

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LuxeFemmeWear purchase. Our returns policy reflects our commitment to quality and your satisfaction.

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and limited availability, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Cashmere Care Products (specialized detergents or brushes)
  • Apparel marked as “Almost Gone” (final sale items)

All other items, including our luxurious Cashmere, Cotton, Linen, and Essential collections, are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item to you.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
