Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Cashmere Care Products (e.g., specialized detergents or brushes)
  • Apparel marked as “Almost Gone” (these are final sale items due to limited stock)
All other items, including our luxurious Cashmere, Cotton, Linen, and Essential collections, are eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship the item back without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item to you.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
